About Us
Who we are
ShowerNest is an Australian online store based in Adelaide, South Australia. We offer a curated range of shower curtains, bath mats, shower curtain rods, bathroom accessories and home fragrance pieces, chosen to make everyday bathrooms calmer and easier to live with.
How we work
We select every product in our range, write our own product descriptions and size guides, and check the specifications with our suppliers before listing anything. Many of our products are made by specialist manufacturing partners and shipped directly to you from their facilities, which is why standard delivery in Australia takes around 7 to 10 business days. Every order is tracked, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
We ship across Australia and to most countries worldwide. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Our promise
- Clear information: real sizes, materials and care instructions on every product page.
- Fair returns: 14-day change of mind returns, and a replacement or full refund for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Read our Refund Policy.
- Your rights: our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Real people: questions are answered by our team, usually within 1 business day.
