Shipping Policy

At ShowerNest, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Australia. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping timeframes
We deliver throughout Australia using trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days from the dispatch date.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays beyond our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of AUD $9.90
- Free Shipping: On orders over AUD $49
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel through our courier’s online portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.
5. Delays and issues
While we make every effort to deliver your products on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, courier strikes, or peak-season demand) may cause slight delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly by email.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@showernest.com.au with your order number so we can investigate with our courier partners.
6. Wrong or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. ShowerNest is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or lost parcels
All parcels are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you with a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
